How does the Recycling of Selection Processes work? ♻️

You can upload and keep track of ALL the processes where you have applied and interviewed: Company, vacancy name, area, number of stages, interviewer and you will be able to evaluate the different experiences.

We give candidates a voice to combat bad recruitment practices, such as the dreaded 'ghosting'. On our platform, you can evaluate your experience in the process, thus promoting positive changes in the ecosystem.
